How do I refine my search for a product?
Using quotation marks in the search box refines a search. For example "50 Simple dialogues" returns only 2 results while without the quotes numerous incorrect results are returned. Similarly "French verbs" narrows a search considerably from French verbs.
What do you mean by a reproducible book?
Included normally with a reproducible book is permission for one teacher to copy designated pages for students, unless specified otherwise. The copyright notice is usually found at the front of the book.
No, videos and DVDs may not be copied.
What is a site license for software? If I purchase a software site license is there a limit as to how many students can use the program?
A site license for software allows the program to be shared over a network.The site license is sold to individual schools and the number of students who can share the software depends on the site license terms. Lingo Fun software does not restrict the number of students; software products of other vendors sold by Tralco have different stipulations. This is normally stipulated on the packaging. Please contact us should there be any questions.
Can a school district/board lend the video packages and books?
Tralco products are for individual teachers. The purchase may be made by the teacher, the school, board, district, province or state. When sold to a resource center, library, school district or board for lending, a license must be purchased.

French Light is a simpler version of French. It is generally used in teaching French to students at the beginners’ level.

How are the online shipping charges calculated?
Effective May 1, 2013
E-books of course have no shipping charge.
If the subtotal is less than $125.00 - 8% with an $8.50 minimum
Between $125.00 and $200.00 - 7% of the subtotal
Between $200.00 and $300.00 - 6% of the subtotal
Between $300.00 and $1,000.00 - 5% of the subtotal
$1,000.00 and over 3% of the subtotal.
What grades fall into the categories?
It is difficult to assign grades to these categories since the entry level varies from district to district, however as a guideline we suggest the following:
Beginner - Grades 4-5
Intermediate - Grades 6-10
Advanced - Secondary
Where can I see your resources in my community?
Often local teacher’s stores carry our products and we participate in most conferences is most Provinces. In the USA Tralco products are primarily sold at conferences through Carlex and Applause..
What is resource center pricing?
Often videos are purchased for lending purposes by a library of resource center. Tralco has a special price list, based on the number of schools, in this situation.

What is your return policy time limit, shipping fees etc.?
We allow 30 days to return purchased products. To avoid returns and costly shipping fees which a customer may incur, we provide sample sheets by fax and often on the internet. You may also call us for assistance in your purchasing decision.

How did the company get the name Tralco-Lingo Fun?
Tralco is based on a combination of the founder’s married and maiden names. Lingo Fun was added when the assets of Lingo Fun International Software were acquired.
