The second volume expands the scope and activities of volume 1 to further your students' interest and knowledge in French-speaking countries in Europe and their culture.
This book, written in French, contains interesting facts about each country, recipes with activities and opportunities to speak and write. Students (and teacher) are encouraged to try the dishes at home. In class, activities lead the students on a gastronomic voyage of discovery. There is also a section on Organisation international de la Francophonie.
